This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you use our website, submit a booking inquiry, or interact with our photo booth (which offers both instant prints and digital sharing) at events.

A. Client & Host Information: When inquiring about or booking our photo booth services, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event type, date, venue location, estimated guest count, and any notes or preferences you provide.
B. Event Guest Capture & Media: During events, our photo booth captures still photographs, GIFs, and boomerang clips of participating guests. If a guest chooses to send media to themselves via SMS, email, or AirDrop/QR code at the booth, we collect their phone number or email solely for one-time digital media transmission.
C. Automatically Collected Technical Data: When visiting our website, we may collect standard browser data, device type, IP address, and anonymized conversion analytics to improve our website experience and track inquiry form performance.
3. How We Use Collected Information
- To provide, operate, and deliver requested photo booth rental packages and equipment.
- To respond to availability inquiries, generate custom quotes, and coordinate event logistics.
- To deliver captured photos, prints, videos, and online guest galleries to event hosts and guests.

4. Digital Galleries & Guest Privacy
Online event galleries are created for the booking host. Depending on host preferences, galleries may be private (password-protected) or accessible via a unique URL provided to event attendees. We retain captured event media for a standard delivery period (typically 30–90 days, subject to host agreement) after which media may be archived or removed from active cloud delivery. If a guest wishes to have a specific photo or video removed from an online gallery, they or the event host may contact us directly at PRCphotoboothevents@gmail.com.
5. SMS & Mobile Messaging Compliance
Phone numbers collected via website inquiry forms or the booth's digital sharing feature are never sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Any SMS communication sent to you (such as your event media link or inquiry response) is strictly transactional unless you explicitly opt in to marketing updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
6. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate our business, such as cloud storage providers for gallery hosting, SMS/email gateway services for media delivery, and secure CRM platforms for client communication.
